I worked out when i was 17 until about 19 non-seriously but around 3-5 times per week. My diet wasn't perfect, and neither was my form or routine, but I was around 175lbs @ 12-13% BF. After finishing the gym, getting married and moving, i gained around 20lbs in fat and lost most of the muscle.

My main goal now is 10% Bodyfat and around 180lbs before 01/06/13.
