I Have my Bachelors in Kinesiology and am working on my Masters in Nutrition. I am Currently in Chiropractic School and will graduate in 2017. I want to use Physical activity and Nutrition to make their overall life healthier.
I was a Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness for the last year in TX and in New York City. I loved training people and continue to learn from other trainers and gym members. Right now I am an Independent trainer and I work for a Corporate Wellness Company.
I started working out because I was skinny in highschool I was small, 135 lbs. I started working out with my friend but never did weights because I was too embarrassed of my strength. Then I started weight lifting and joined a YMCA and got and awesome trainer to prepare for military. I enlisted in the military at 165 lbs. In the military I maitained my weight around 170 lbs. I kept working out while I was in the service.
I started college in TX and started playing Rugby. I would workout to gain speed for my sprints and gain size. The max I ever weighed was 185 lbs. I would lose about 5-7lbs in the summer because I played Rugby Sevens all summer, but I returned in the fall with greater Sprint speed and endurance. I played until Fall 2010. I kept playing rugby for a men's team in New York. I moved back to TX and now I am starting playing again. I wouldnt mind competing and becoming a Fitness Model but I will wait until my body is ready
