I got interested in workout out when I picked up some dumbbells my Dad owned when I turned 15, I did this for about 6 months, then stopped for a while and in march 2012 I got a gym membership, I know aim to achieve a more athletic body.

I love bodybuilding as I love the thought of my muscles growing and knowing my body's changing for the better. My motivation is the gains I have made already and people who notice my changes.
