I have been working out with my boyfriend since August I believe. I was not getting the results I wanted because I was not giving it my all. Just recently (when I created my Bodyspace) I decided I needed to find something that worked for me because I want to lose fat and gain lean muscle, my goals are very different from my boyfriends. What really pushes me is that when I am not feeling so good about other things in my life, I can look forward to the fact that I can bench 90...and that even though my life may be uncertain at times, when it comes to building I am in control of the results. Lastly, I have not tried many things in my life, this gives me an opportunity to try something new and change my life!
Even when I am exhausted I still feel awesome about what I did, being run down, breathless and having muscle fatigue after a work out gives me a sense of gratification, like " i conquered the gym" lol. Also, it is a hobby that continuously gets better with time, promotes a healthy life style, you look great doing it and always gives a new obstacle to over come! It is a well rounded activity!
