I began working out in High School when I played football but didnt get too serious until I went into the Army. I really got hooked once I became a member of Special Forces and continued to workout until I had two surgeries on my back from injuries sustained in the military. I am finally able to slowly jump back in the game and my goal is between 245-265 with 5-8% bodyfat.

I love the rush it gives me and the fact that it makes me stronger and totally transforms my body as well as the awesome effects it has in the bedroom!
