I just recently developed the desire to start bodybuilding. I've always been over weight my entire life, finally I just got fed up with not being comfortable in my own body. So I started off just doing push ups and pull ups in my garage, but I didn't see any fat loss or muscle gain. I soon became bored with the idea of getting ripped cause it seemed like it would never happen which led to working out off and on. I decided that if I wanted to be more than just a typical sorta nice guy that didn't ever achieve anything great in life; I would have to give more to gain more. I started P90X 90 days ago and the program really helped. Not just to get me fit and in the normal zone, but strengthened me mentally. Now that I understand what it takes to be healthy and fit, I'm ready to take it to the next level and really find out what I'm made of!
