I started going to the gym because i did not want to come home afterwork and just sit infront of the TV,I wanted to do somthing positive for myself.I live and work in china and going to the gym is good for stress.I go to a Chinese gym so getting the right info about working out is very difficult.

I love going to the gym,I love working out, it makes me happy,Im 45 years old and not being a big head or anything but I really dont look my age.I work out alot harder the young guys at the gym and Im bigger than the trainers.I have to lose my tummy and i will look alot better.my shoulders are getting bigger,my chest my arms and my legs are getting bigger.I love the feeling.
