I was approached by a local trainer about doing fitness competitions. I did not realized how much discipline and hard work actually went into fitness competitions. I grew up playing soccer, tennis and running track but competing is one of the hardest sports I've been apart of. Its all about you. You don't have teammates to rely on.The amount of success you obtain is up to you; what you do and what you don't do amounts in how dedicated you are. The feeling of looking better than what you looked like a month ago, a week ago or even yesterday. Its an addicting sport at that and has not only transformed my body but it has made such a positive impact on my life.
I got serious about working out about 9 months ago! It amazes me that in less than one year; I have been able to touch, motivate and get people excited about becoming physically fit and healthy. In return this is something that really motivates me! I am a firm believer in turning your cant's into cans and your dreams into plans! Competing like anything else you want to fully succeed in, you must dedicate yourself 100%. The most important thing above training and dieting is having a strong mental approach. With that being said; I am fully determined to become the best competitor and motivator possible.
