At the time i noticed all the jocks getting the girls' attention in high school, so i started getting fitter.
With more results, attention and recognition came more motivation to become a greater me.
Also, i loved watching action movies, superhero cartoons and fitness magazines. so great bodies were seen everywhere and i felt i needed to be one.
When college came i signed up at the gym and started smashing it out, workout after workout.
I was offered a PT and once he left after 1.5 years and i had to learn on my own i learned that i had a wrong start. bad form, ego lifting and poor diet. i don't know where he got qualified but he was old, massive and ripped - so i was easily decieved.
Now with more education, size and strength i'm on to pursue PT qualifications, owning my own gym(s) and reducing obesity in Australia
it's a measure of progression in your worth. you can build or lose your ego anywhere but exercise keeps it real.
if you work hard, you get results. if you train smart, you look and feel incredible.
