-Started training @ 21years old
-i been in martial arts since 9years old(i was a husky boy then)
(so i really just wanted to improve my speed,agility,and other physical capabilities to inhance my martial arts performance,admiring the physique of bruce lee and Michael Jai white really captivated my attention and motivated to be a better overall athlete
-i was also a track athlete in high school(that was for girls,so i took track as joke even tho i was good at it)(no other sports,i was a nerd)
I started to learn all i could about fitness and change my whole composition,and shape after i was invited to a modeling competiton and successfully recieved 3 call backs from 3 big name compainies, and 2 other offers from local companies in the area.I wanted to reach another level of physical fitness and my only choice of mind was to do a fitness comp to test my genetics..after that it just sort of took off from there
At a young age in martial arts,I was trained to be a very disciplined individual so consistency means nothing more than overall improvement.i love the challenges that i face because i know that Wisdom and triumph lies on the other side once i suppress the obstacles and reach a new mindset of victory,it is a learning path of life that never ends,because the body is constantly growing and changing. i train with the goal of maintaining and improving symmetry,proportion,while gaining quality muscle mass to create an illusion.bodybuilding is a form of art to me which needs balance in all forms of fitness in order to reach my goals.
