I was diagnosed with Graves disease July of 2014 and Hyper Thyroidism that put me out of the Gym for almost 7 months due to illness, and medication. When Jan of 2015 came i drastically changed my diet and started back at the Gym. I stopped taking those terrible medication and my thyroid is back to normal just from eating right. although i will live with graves disease forever and i go thru my days its not going to stop me from achieving my goals and to continue living a healthier life until i die.
Ive always been an athlete growing up from playing basketball, field hockey and lacrosse. My goal is to figure compete and become a BSN Athlete or be sponsored by them, and stay fit and healthy for the rest of my life.
I want to set an example for my son, my husband who as well is a bodybuilder, my family and friends. I love the way i feel after a workout, the soreness after my workouts, the results, I have more energy. I want to challenge myself build muscle and stay lean.
