I didn't like the way i was living or how I looked and felt. Was always tired, binge drinking didn't help. I couldn't continue living that way. I drove to the gym signed up and haven't looked back. Motivation, confidence, is all up. I look forward to my next meal and workout. Lets get it.
I love bodybuilding, noticing constant changes in my body. Eating clean and staying motivated. My favorite quote,
Bodybuilding focuses on the individual at the end of the day, you are the only person responsible for success or failure! I read this everyday before a workout or when i need a boost. It is true i am the only one who is responsible for results. It not like any other sport where you have to depend on a team for help or to carry you. You have to stick with it write your goal down. Eat, gym, sleep, repeat= One step closer to your goal.
