I have tried every fad diet, cleanse, pills and promises with varying results but nothing I could ever stick to. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired! I just want to look in the mirror and see a reflection that I am proud of. I am currently disgusted by the way I look and have little to no self esteem because of it. I just want to be happy in my own skin and to feel beautiful for the first time!

My hope is that by logging all of my information into this site it will keep me on track an motivated to keep working out until i reach my ultimate goal weight!
