I always loved sports. (horse show jumping for 10 years comb. with gym) I've been training (working out) for over 15 years- lifted weights-did a lot of cardio /intervall etc. but was never really serious about it. (too many reps/ too much cardio..comon mistakes.)
Then this year (2012) my 3rd Baby was born- a lovely cute Baby - but the mummy....oiiioioii....wasn't cute anymore;-) Mummy gained a lot of mass during pragnancy;-) almost 30 Kilogramms plus!!! That's why I decidet-to do the right thing now. After birth of Baby nr. 3 I wanted to be most fit and powerful and "best looking" as I could...
(1.74 Meter gross/ right now: 77kg!)
I love the way I feel after an intense workout. Exercise is the best way to relieve stress and clear my head. It also gives me motivation to continuously improve and set new goals.
Now I discovered this www.bodybuilding.com page...Read a lot (even when it's still difficult to translate in my language-but important things..I'll understand:-) VERY MOTIVATING SITE! Lot of beautiful people! very inspirational.
I started with a 4er split workout now. plus 3 times a week->HIIT 20-30 min.
And now..I can't wait to see my transformation;-)
