I have always been very interested in diet/nutrition, health and fitness. In high school, I was the "muscular" mean girl *LoL*~and maintained a weight of 120-125 lbs.
I experienced a slight depression in 08/09 and got down to a disquisting 98lbs. I had a struggle putting the healthy weight back on, but found my way back *physcially and mentally* through lifting weights. I also began to incorporate more fat and protein into my daily diet. Within a few months of training and eating more balanced/protein rich meals, I put on 12+ healthy pounds and gained an amazing amount of strength. I loved the EnErGy and cOnFiDeNcE that I have gained~*~SO much that decided to compete in the NPC Bikini Division. I won 1st place and OvErALL my FIRST show in June 2011. I am nationally qualified and plan to compete in Jr. Nationals this June in Chicago!!!
It's a lifestyle...I feel lost on days where I can workout or eat clean. The results are eNdLeSs~*looks good, feels good, tastes good*~Mmmm :)
