Allways liked working out just did not have the motivation. From around 16 to 19 years old i would workout on and off.. workout for 3 weeks off for 3 in that manner. I din`t have any knowledge about what i was doing and was training mainly arms and chest. At the age of 20 i started working out on a 5 day basis but still did not know much about nutrition and plateux and such so needless to say i hit a plateaux quite fast. With the knowledge of Bodybuilding.com and other sites i finally have the right knowledge to train right, eat right, supplement right which has brought me on the road to a better me and i am LOVING every minute of it. It has become my passion and lifestyle.

I just love seeing the results. When I walk in to the gym all my daily life stress and other worries seem to be sweated away. Love the lifestyle!
