first when i finished school my weight was 195lbs i wasn't proud of my body,then i joined a gym and started workout without tracking my food plan or taking any supplements,after a year i was proud of my transformation process,i started reading a lot about fitness,workout,diets,supplements,then i joined the gym and started doing cardio made my weight goes down to 143.3lbs after that i made my workout program and bought supplements started building up my body i gained weight until reached 158.7lbs and now i'm focusing on getting my body shredded when i saw major changes on my body's shape i started like going to the gym,after awhile people got amazed by my body's shape and some people made me as their role model they supported me to the maximum "my brother and my nephew",i turned into an athlete,been through a lot of experiences and disappointments which made me how i am now.d,just like fitness models.
