I have always been into fitness. I bought myself my first weightbench when I was a young teen. I remember doing situps in my bedroom with my music on. My family wasnt into fitness and healthy eating which made it challenging for me. Now that I am an adult I have more control over my food and workouts and show my own family how important and fun being healthy can be.

I love the way I feel when I workout. The rush is great. I feel so much better during the day when i stay on my workout and eating right schedule.Its always felt like it has been a apart of me. When Im not on incorporating the right foods and workouts into my day I feel like I am missing something.
