I started because i was always the tall 'Lanky' person in the year, i was always broad but always an ectomorph. I used to always find it hard to put on muscle for years until around 2 years ago i started seeing changes. this was when my Training became sorted into workout-splits and basic supplementation. I put on 3.5 stone in about 1 and a half years. with studying comes difficulty staying at the gym so i usually do periods where i'm a gym rat, then others where i like to maintain but soon when my exams are over i aim to focus on training for a year and see where this leads me. I would like a fitness modeling/ personal training career.
It makes me feel better as a person, it gives me the confidence and motivated attitude that helps me out with everyday life. i always go the gym with my friends and motivate them/ help them to achieve there needs. this makes me feel good and i want to pursuit it as a career.
