As a teenager I was very active. I was involved in many sports both indoors and out, so I considered myself fairly athletic. A lot of my time was spent outdoors, one of my lifelong passions being snowboarding. After the organized sports fizzled out, my level of physical activity dropped. After I turned 20, I knew that it was time to make a change, join a gym, and regain some of that energy and athleticism that was once taken for granted in my earlier years. Knowing the importance of staying active, I've been working out in gyms on and off since my early 20's. 2011 rarely saw my face in a gym, and in my view it showed. I started back again in 2012 in a new facility; a fresh start if you will. The gains that I made in 2012 springboarded my motivation to strive further. During this time I also came to discover just how important a role consistency and proper nutrition play in terms of fitness. and attaining your desired results.
There's only one direction that I can go, and that is up. There is no limit, the journey never ends. Let's do this!!
