I got started with bodybuilding in grade 10. Not happy with myself after too many years of bad food and video games, I started working out, not having any idea what I was doing. A couple friends worked out with me which provided the initial motivation to get into it. I started reading about nutrition, and started to make better eating choices. I went from 215 down to 185 over a few years, trying to build as much muscle as possible and drop all the fat I could.

The constant challenge - the feeling of bettering yourself, lifting more, looking better, and becoming more healthy is nothing short of euphoric. I can't stop.
