As long as i remember, i wanted to workout from my 10th grade, but never stuck with a program or was not consistent enough. I used to train for few days and then give up. I read more about the fitness articles than working out. Only during start of 2012, i ended up buying an elliptical machine and a Power Rack to shape me up. Had done Squats, deadlifts, barbell curls, benchpress and shoulder press. But i was not consistent in my workout. So i would still be shy to say that i work out. I was not aware of the benefits of being fit, though i am very much successful in my other walks of life. But when i felt that something is holding me from going beyond a boundary, i strongly felt the need to change myself, the way i look, the way i feel about myself. So i started working out.
I did joined the BSN summer shred challenge on Mar 31st 2013, As usual, gave up within a month due to shoulder injury. I am thankful that I still managed to get up each time I fail. Now I have planned to continue my workout for 3 months and see what change it could do to myself. I have aimed to bring down my weight to 200lbs by Feb 19, 2014 - a total loss of 40 lbs in 91 days.
I always felt like being Strong is Sexy. I always have this dream of looking like a RAMBO.
Every time i squat, i get a sense of being one step closer to my success. I wish to stand the test of time and achieve my dream in near future.
