While in the USMC, a friend introduced me to the gym and lifting weights. However, this is a constant struggle...seems like I only begin to end...to begin again..

I've been a BodySpace Member for several years, and have had success only to gain the weight back again.

Sept 2016: About 206 lbs

Nov 2017: I'm down 20 lbs from last year. So, I know with consistency that I can continue to make progress.

Oct 2018: Stayed in the 190's all year....not much weight loss...but maintained thus far.

It relieves stress and I know if I stay fit I have a better chance of living longer
