I've lifted off and on all my life. I got serious about four years ago. Joining bb.com in April 2006 jumpstarted me again.

I was a skinny, weak kid. I always thought muscles were for "other guys". Now I know the power to be big and strong is in my hands.
I love having muscles! My body is a gift I can give myself to enjoy today and in the future.
