I could start with a lot of excuses and sad tales, but that seems pointless. I became a mom and never learned to balance my life. Lack of balance, no exercise and poor eating packed on a ton of weight and it's time to get rid of it!

I've always loved and admired the people in the industry and the lifestyle. It takes great dedication and lots of hard work. The results are also a plus =o). Health/weight-related issues seem to plague my family so I'm going to break the cycle for the future generations.
