Long story short, I known as the fat kid with no upper body strength. But I did exercise everyday. Never got a chance to lose weight. Middle school hit, I started to lose a lot of fat. I saw a lot of big people which made me want to work out. Around 10th grade thats when I started to do the real thing... and started learning slowly.

Bodybuilding has it's up's and down however I personally love it because it helps me stay in shape. I never want to be fat ever agian. Working out also has many benefits which makes me love it even more!- Like staying motivated and the list goes on and on.
