Things really do happen for a reason! Overcoming some health issues led me to bodybuilding. Bodybuilding became a way for me to take control of my body and sculpt/mold/create a better, stronger, faster me!

It's a very personal journey.. The personal and daily challenges of each workout motivate me, and achieving and setting new goals inspires me.
