I have always been active because I love to move! I played competitive sports all my life and I was fortunate enough to be a two-sport college athlete. I started bodybuilding to increase my athletic performance. After seeing immediate results from following a program designed by a former Patriots trainer I was completely hooked and I have been bodybuilding ever since! I'm going on 11 years now!

I love working out because I love the thrill of competition. Whether it be against an opponent or just competing with myself. In truth, even as an athlete I was always trying to improve my own performance rather than beat the other team! I love bodybuilding because of the feeling I get when I move big weight. Everyday when I walk into the gym I know I am going to improve. I can get in the zone and focus on connecting my mind and my body. I love the rush I get and I love scaring the guys that haven't seen a girl lift heavy. Eat my dust boys!
