M - Chest/Delts,Tu - Back/Hams, Wed -- Bis/Tris/Core, Thurs - Cardio Off, Fri - Quads/Calves/Abs, Sat- Delts again/Weak Point/Cardio,
Right now I am working out 5 days a week, 4 days of lifting and a day solely given to cardio. Workouts are brief but intense, 40 minutes or so and are dedicated currently to heavy compound movements. I am incorporating a lot of olympic style lifts to pack on body mass and build overall strength.
Compound and Olympic Lifts - Bench Press, Deadlift, Romanian Deadlift, Clean and Press, Hanging Cleans, T-Bar Rows, BB Curls, etc...
