Eat Right and Work Hard
My supplement "program"? Basically it is to eat as right as possible and work as hard as possible, and see what that achieves. It took me over a year even to give in to the idea of adding protein powder to my diet.
As I get closer to an intended competition, and having had to pass on one already because of extremely stubborn bodyfat, I am willing to try a few simple things that knowledgable people have recommended in an effort to break through and eliminate this extra weight I've been carrying with me for over 12 years.
Even with enough money someday, I still have no interest in anything that would be considered "hard-core", and I will never do steroids: I'm not interested in having unrealistically large muscles, thank you.

My Motivation Program
I think motivation is going to be different for everyone. In my case, after years of fizzled attempts to stay motivated, I found mine in journaling my adventure on YouTube. Not only was it fun for me, as a video producer, but I soon found people were actually subscribing and watching every episode, which gave me an even bigger boost.
