Goal (Long):
I have been battling with my weight all of my life. I've always been the "fat friend" when going out. Now it's to the point where I don't go out anywhere,its like I'm living in my own prison. When I look in the mirror I see a sad, depressed, lonely person staring back at me, I'm no longer the bubbly,happy,self-confident, person I use to be. My goal is to find "the old me" and lose the "current me" along with tons of fat. I would like to be 160lbs and have a roll free back!!!

Good evening Ms. Thang, how are you girl??? Reading your profile I feel you, really!! This week I'm doing low carb I'm weighing in this week at 240Lbs. However, I see the defintion in your stomach.. The first week of February I'll start Chalene Extreme Program on the order of P90X...I'm such a fan of Turbo Jam.
gurl, u aint neva lied, p90x is not a joke, i started last week. I cant to the pull up (nothing to do them on while watching the video. I love it tho. Ok, i ws just thinking, i can run out to my arage(where my weight equip is and do my pull ups) Uugh!!

i just completed my first week of P90X. 4 lbs lighter and i lost .5 inch around my waste. Im sorry I didn't try this last year when I first heard about it. How are you doing?
