Day I - Bench Press 4 sets, Incline Bench Press 4 sets, Incline Dumbell Press 4 sets, Dumbell Flies 4 sets
Day II - Barbell Squats - 4 sets, Leg extensions 4 sets, Hack squats 4 sets, Calf raises 4 sets
Day III - Lying Tricep press - 4 sets, Narrow grip Bench Press 4 sets, Dumbell kick Back 4 sets, Wrist Curl - 3 sets
Day IV - Behind the Neck Barbell press 4 sets, Dumbell press 4 sets, Dumbell shrugs 4 sets, Arnold press 3 sets
Day V - Barbell Curl 4 sets, Cable curls 4 serts, Preacher Curl 4 sets, wrist curl 3 sets
Day VI - Chinning 3 sets, T Bar owing 4 sets, Barbell rowing/ seated Rowing - 4 sets, Dumbell rowing 3 sets
