ugh, I am sooo not a fan of people taking steroids. I do realize that it is a part of the sport, and always will be, but I think its cheating plain and simple. Not to mention, it makes people very unattractive, and its a HUGE turn off.

Thanks for the nice comment! I still have a long way to go, but I have future goals of competing (I'm actually wanting to do a social in Vancouver in April!) So we'll see how it goes! Patience is definetly a virtue, lol. By the way, you look AWESOME! Take care :)

Hey! Thanks! Yea, I went out last night, and was pretty tempted to give in and have a few cocktails, but I didn't! I actually had a great time, and had no regrets the next day. I feel like the less a person drinks, the less they are tempted to drink. I've also been feeling great lately, and I wouldn't want alcohol to prevent me from moving forward. Anyway, good for you! Its tough being this age and living this kind of lifestyle.

Yeah its tough to get back into it! But like I mentioned, the longer you do it the easier it gets. Congrats on getting oyurself back on track, its tough! But soooo worth it.

Hey there!! I'm not sure if I ever responded to the nice msg you posted on my profile, but I just wanted to say thanks! And actually, I do have a question for ya. You're a youngin (like myself) and I just wanted to know, how do you deal with the pressure to be out there drinking and partying instead of being dedicated at the gym?

Thanks for the compliments! Well, I'm actually not to sure whether I'm going to compete this year or not. I'm soo tempted, but having to bounce back after a show was unbelievably hard and I'm not too sure I want to go through that again.

Thanks for the reply. Do you ever have a treat now and then? Also, you obviously do cardio, but how much? Like...an excessive amount? Sorry for all the questions, but you honestly look amazing and I'm seriously curious how you maintain such a great physique.
