When I Started:
How I Started:
I started in highschool thanks to the help of my sister and a teacher. I asked around and finally got in touch with two trainers who completely changed my life and revamped my whole way of thinking in terms of my health and fitness.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like I'm doing something awesome. Makes me feel ALIVE!
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly do research on the internet and in various magazines to find new recipes and workouts that keep me from getting bored of a "diet"
BB Accomplishments:
During my training for my first fitnes competition I cut my body fat % in half amd lost around 15 lbs.

This was taken about 3 days ago. This is 2 1/2 months after my first show. I rebounded pretty hard. Time to get back into shape!

Goal (Long):
After placing in the top 5 in my height class at the novice, I qualified for provincials. I want to train hard for a year, build muscle, and stay lean. In a year I'd like to compete in the MABBA Provincial Championship and place in the top 3.
thanks so nice of you! Its nice to be able to see others here and say "why can't I do that if she/he can?" I dint even know being fit was possible after kids and it gave me an excuse , thats all changed now. havde a great week!
lol,.. yes I eat a LOT of carbs.. many people get confused about carbs thinking you can't eat any if you want to be lean.. Carbs are IMPORTANT and your body and brain need them everyday. By eliminating all junk and crap food, I stay lean :)
