When I Started:
How I Started:
I started in highschool thanks to the help of my sister and a teacher. I asked around and finally got in touch with two trainers who completely changed my life and revamped my whole way of thinking in terms of my health and fitness.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like I'm doing something awesome. Makes me feel ALIVE!
How I Stay Motivated:
I constantly do research on the internet and in various magazines to find new recipes and workouts that keep me from getting bored of a "diet"
BB Accomplishments:
During my training for my first fitnes competition I cut my body fat % in half amd lost around 15 lbs.

Goal (Long):
After placing in the top 5 in my height class at the novice, I qualified for provincials. I want to train hard for a year, build muscle, and stay lean. In a year I'd like to compete in the MABBA Provincial Championship and place in the top 3.

I like it when a bodybuilder is teaching you to be ‘healthy’ when they
themselves are doped up on various types of ILLEGAL anabolic substances while in pursuit of their illustrious $35 trophy. It's just like a priest that would go out drinking all weekend and be sleeping with married women??

No worries Alyssa, I have been in and out of the gym since I was 15. Many of these guys on here, train for 2 years, go on steroids and claim to know it all. I knew this guy, he would compete in natural events and he was on it. So I have many stories along the years of training, that's why my attitude is the way it is. But for women like you, who I can see threw your progress is natural and trying so hard, I have endless appreciation for you.
You'll do great, you already have a solid foundation for it. You just need to tone up a bit, and add slightly more muscle, and you are there.
Its like they say, Rome was not built in a day. So yes time is a virtue, but you are young, and have a lot of it. So it all works out in your favor. Have a great weekend..
Hey! You're looking great in your pics! I really gave up the drinking for a while. I actually still have a blast with my buddies. The drunker they get the more fun I get to have.. they seem to make me feel drunk as the night goes on.. and I don't have a hangover the next day. haha
