Shamefully I will admit I hadnt been in a month.  It was hard as heck but I felt good afterwards.  I got a little pep talk from the instructor also.  I still have three and a half months left in the year.  Maybe I can make a come back afterall.

I understand...I work two jobs also. You still gotta find time to get it in. We gotta stop making excuses for training. If we are not healthy, how can we work either job! We gotta make some sacrifices in life.

Hey Adrienne, I am sorry to hear about the cutbacks. You don't need a gym memebership to get in shape. I know there was a reason I need to check on you. As long as you walk and watch your diet, you can still achieve your goals. It may take a little longer, but your preparing for a healthier life. If you need my help for anything, give me a holla.
