When I Started: Nov, 2006
How I Started: Through Cross Country this year I started reading up on more and more nutrition and then became interested in endurance building, fat loss, and strength building in other parts of my body.
Why I Love It: Because it helps your body stay well-rounded and toned, plus it's a feel-good kind of thing.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking at this site, keeping my goals in mind, tracking my progress.
BB Accomplishments: 90 minutes - longest run time.
3 miles - 18 min, 45 seconds.
1 mile - 5 min, 38 seconds.

Building my body with minimal supplementation.

This was taken when I first started out (even caring about real exercise and nutrition). Love handles are killing me.  XC pre-season... body is adapting?

excited today, sitting here exhausted because i just did my first nine miler for cross country
