How I Started:
Through Cross Country this year I started reading up on more and more nutrition and then became interested in endurance building, fat loss, and strength building in other parts of my body.
Why I Love It:
Because it helps your body stay well-rounded and toned, plus it's a feel-good kind of thing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at this site, keeping my goals in mind, tracking my progress.
BB Accomplishments:
90 minutes - longest run time.
10 miles - 64 minutes.
3 miles - 18 min, 19 seconds.
1 mile - 5 min, 31 seconds.
Building my body with minimal supplementation.

Haha..yeah, the gymshere suck, but I just have to be creative. And I can't run, because all our compound has is huge chunky gravel. :( I'm gonna put up a new progress pic in a couple days on my page. I'm trying to bulk up and I definately have so far, but i gained some fat weight with it. I hate that part. :(
Sooo...where exactly are you from?! I run a lot of races here in Georgia, I know you run XC, but do you run any other races? What are your run times like?!?! Oh! haha...and how old are you?! I'm 22! :-/
I like your BB accomplishments. Congrats. As a freshman in HS, the best I ever ran the mile was 5:45. Then I chose basketball. I'd like to get back to that or better. Thanks for setting a great example. I have an older, 40ish, friend who coaches and hopes to get back under 5 mins soon, so we can all have a long running career ahead of us if we want it.
