How I Started:
Ever since I was in 7th grade I wanted to have the ideal body. At first I thought that just meant abs, so I only trained my abs and chest (had a bench press machine so I used it even tho I had no idea what it did) every other day from 6th grade to 8th grade. In 8th grade I realized I needed other muscles too, so I trained full-body 1-2 sets per muscle every other day from 8th to 10th grade. In 10th grade I realized the low set/full-body stuff gave me excellent shape but no mass. I started lifting heavy, working each muscle once per week at the end of my sophomore year. I have been doing it ever since. Only starting last year I learned about bulking/cutting, so I am now incorporating that at I will see how it turns out this summer!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great about myself. I love the feeling of DOMS and the burning it gives you. It has given me confidence and pride in my everyday life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking to my friends about our goals. Thinking about competitions and hanging out at the beach.
BB Accomplishments:
I am just starting bodybuilding. I hope to place well at my first competition. It has given me a lot of compliments.

Goal (Long):
Bulk to 176, staying decently lean (so my abs are still visible). I should be no more than 10% bf at this time. I then will cut for a month and a half, maintain/build muscle for 3 weeks (bring metabolism back to normal), then I will finish cutting for my contest. This way I will be lean all summer long.

Be grateful for your help mate. Youre a simalar height to me and exactley how i would want to be.Ive bin training 3 times a week 2 lots of 24 set workouts and 1 20, ive noticed on the 24s im in the gym for about an hour and 15 mins with no cardio so im worried about overtraining? In the next couple of weeks im starting a 4 day split, what split would you recommend and how many sets should i do per workout?
