When I Started:
How I Started:
Needed time for myself and just started running one day. I found it to be a great stress reliever and loved the way my body toned up so I started hitting the gym and reading more about taking care of myself.
Why I Love It:
It gives my time to sort out my days, weeks, whatever! I like the feeling of pushing myself and just doing 10 more minutes even though I feel like my body is going to give out. I love that it makes me more self confident and really that helps build my self esteem. Now being a mother of three I like the idea of me setting a good example for my kids so they know what is and isn't healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now I am not! But I just have to set short term goals and long terms goals and planning is the key. I find that if I don't plan my meals or work outs for the week I really start to stray.
BB Accomplishments:
Fitting back into the same pair of pants that I wore before I had kids!

Goal (Long):
I have always loved running and after having three kids Iit has been awhile since I have put on the running shoes. I am ready to make a committment to training and set a good example for my kids.
I can currently run a few(2-3)miles in one session but I want to do the whole 22.5 miles by the end of the year!
