What I want to look like again.
I had to change gears, stopped lifting did cardio and diet for a few months to loose the fat. Now comes the next step which is building the muscle back up.

Here's the "shame" photo! This is what made me finally say enough is enough and get back into the gym.

After 3 months of going to the gym almost every day I have bulked up in the arms, shoulders, chest, and back. My legs still need a lot of work, and I have to loose the love handles as well as the small amount of belly fat remaining. I'm pretty happy with the results so far! Makes me want to keep working hard to reach my goal.
