How I Started:
I have an office job, and after two years of doing nothing (other than sitting on my butt) I gained 15lbs of fat. Not only that, but I also became completely out of shape. I especially noticed it when I moved from one place to another and was dying at the end of the day. So, I decided to get into the gym again and change things for the better.
Why I Love It:
I'm not going to say that I love working out, because I really don't! I LIKE working out because it relieves stress and the results are a HUGE ego boost.
How I Stay Motivated:
I pick a guy out at the gym and visialize myself looking like they do. (I know it sounds creepy, but it works for me!) I push myself harder that way.
BB Accomplishments:
I used to lift when I was younger (about 7 years ago) and got to look REALLY good. That was one of my major accomplishments.

I had to change gears, stopped lifting did cardio and diet for a few months to loose the fat. Now comes the next step which is building the muscle back up.

i hate the treadmill - hurts my shines plus SOOOOOOOOOOOOO boring -LOL.. you doing greta man yu will get there just keep focused and eat like a mutha!!!
