My daughter is my inspiration. I knew that when she was born that I need to be here to make sure she was safe and had a good life until she can take care of herself as an adult. All fathers want to be in shape when their daughters start dating. Also I wanted to show her that taking care of your health is a good thing and it help you live a lot longer than those who do nothing to better them self.

abeastrules created a new BodyBlog entry "1 pound until my Disney weight.".

So today I am 1 pound from my Disney weight. I aim to pass that level this time and keep it off for a long time. I was proud to keep my Disney weight which was 315 lbs because that was coming down from just about 400 lbs which was brought on by lack of a really good diet, medication and injuries from over the year. o_chacon I to have basically given up heavy squats. I have gotten into the habit of pre exhausting my quads and then finishing off my leg workouts with an empty bar. Even with no weight I have found the squats to be taxing, and they give me a great finish. Feb 10, 2013 11:30am

o_chacon What's up bro, its definitely been a while. I am doing pretty good. Had a year full of injuries and am trying to get back on track. I was doing Keto and getting great results but ended up having my gallbladder removed in March. Also hurt my lower back so squats are limited right now. Just slowy trying to get back into full force. eyez1279 Sorry it took so long to respond, I have not really been motivated because I was feeling a bit defeated being on that darn prednisone and seizure medicine. knmaloy Yes I did overcome a lot of health issues to get where I'm at. It wasn't easy but I just kept at it one day at a time. Don't look at the big goal all the time, keep the goals small and take each day one at a time. You CAN do this! Oct 21, 2012 6:01pm
