Dennis' transformation from his youth is amazing. He trains 'hardcore' in his private backyard gym and has built an impressive physique. He's also turning out to be a great physique photographer (especially considering that all of his progress photos are using a tripod and self-timer). Imagine what he can do if/when he takes photos of someone else. Awesome job, Senor Gonzalez! I'm proud of you!
Description: It's a video of ME! Basically, it's a video collage of my preparation for the 2003 Gainesville Bodybuilding Competition (which I won the overall title in the Men's Open Division).

Ok, quite a few folks have asked me what I've been doing for chest lately, so here it is.
StressMonkey and I have both been pretty consistent with having pushups as a daily part of our chest workout, so here's my structured pushup routine that I do:
Im just pleased of getting a compliment for you! Thanks Abdominator.
My chest routine goes like this:
Bench barbell Press: 4x12-10-8-6
DB Incline Press: 4x12-10-8-6
Superset : Cable Cross Overs and Butterflys in machine: 3x 10-15
Incline Flys: 3x8-12
Anyway along with biceps, i have good chest genetics.
thanks dude im head coaching an entire youth football program and im probly gonna start competing in the next two years i just wanna finish playing football while i still have the chance
That's awesome man, I'd actually love to workout in my garage blaring my own music and not having to wait for yappity sam to finish his conversation haha. Things are going well, couldn't be happier! Bulk is going better than I thought it would as it's pretty much my first real bulk. Strength is going through the rooooof! Have a good thanksgiving brotha; don't be a stranger.
I feel your pain, man. I'm right there with you. People I work with give me a hard time about the amount of food I consume each day. Your photos are encouraging, though. with your definition, you look like you're bigger than your weight.

week two- mon-chest & triceps, tues-back & biceps, wed- legs & shoulders, thurs-chest & triceps fri- back & biceps

I'm bulking at the moment - so not cut as in the avi anymore... will have to cut from Jan/feb.
How have u been ? good progress?
It was great looking through your progress pics. Reminded me that I should scan some of my earlier photos in. You've done a great job staying in shape over the years. Just out of curiosity, are you normally a big eater or is eating a chore? I feel like I'm always eating and the scale hardly moves.
