Ways I motivate myself
I'm pretty self-motivated with everything I want to accomplish! There are times though, when I lack motivation and I have to look inside to find a little extra push! I usually envision my goal and imagine myself standing on stage, or in a photoshoot and how I want to look and I tell myself "you have to push now to make that a reality". Other times, I will go to Steve Cook's website at Stevecookhealth.com and watch some of his videos. Steve is such a positive guy that I cannot help but be motivated by him! Also, I hope to be competing against Steve soon so I know that he's working hard so I have to work even harder! In addition to Steve's videos, I will watch some Greg Plitt videos... My man Greg kicks you the real deal no BS so i'm always fired up after watching his videos.... Check out gregplitt.com for some awesome workouts too!
