i used to be obsessed with fitness and i got pretty damn fit. But as a result i lost alot of weight and i didn't realise that i was actually overtraining
After 6 years of tough training. In the beggining it took alot of trial and error before i got it right
I want to bench 140 kgs, squat 200kgs and deadlift 210kgs with clean technique raw of course
Goal (Long):
I'm not too bothered about getting to certain measurements or weight, i just want to get stronger, and constantly improve. Any growth thereof is welcome

ah well i receintly started adding more weight with each set of reps, i do see some strength coming in, and i surprize a little myself sometimes. yeah my waist shrinking is something that makes me VERY happy. haha
That's cool. You'll look awesome when you cut! I'm gonna start cutting probably in March or April. My lifts are goin good. I haven't gone really heavy on everything lately - I've been training for more reps. squats 225 x 10, bench 225 x 9, incline 205 x 4, deadlift 315 x 8, shoulder press 135 x 10. How bout you?
