Background

When I Started: Jan 2006
HOW I STARTED:

After going to the doctors and seeing my bloodwork I was in shock. I had to loose 25lbs and get my blood sugar in check. My husband said it was time to teach me how to lift weights.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love to see the changes my body makes with the changes in my nutrition and workout.

Down and out

I am out of the transformation challenge. I have had a sinus infection for over 5 weeks. I still have been working out but this body just isn't responding like I hoped it would.

Starting over after a long, almost 2 years off really stinks. I know alot of people have had hardships in the past. I want to get over mine. I have ruined my health and my PCOS symptoms have come back. I have realized that things happen and it hurts. It's not worth giving up your health for. So I am ready to start the 12 week Challenge.


My nutritional train of thought was challenged. I really disagree with a few people on the forum. It does matter what you eat and the frequency you eat. Telling someone they will drop that last few lbs of fat by cutting more calories without ta
