Overall Goal:  I want overall definition in my muscles. I want a very cut and sleek look and am willing to put in the work to make that happen both in the gym, as well as in changes to my diet.

How I Started:
I have always liked to run and lifting has been fun for me, but I don't really have any idea of what I am doing. I made the decision that this was the year that I would make those changes.
Why I Love It:
I love the definition you get when you are lifting weights. Maybe it is vanity but when you are working out and people notice the effort behind it, it inspires me to continue to work harder.
How I Stay Motivated:
Jeans. I have gotten rid of any of my jeans that have give in them so that if I let my exercise or diet slip I notice when I put on my jeans. I have bad days, I can have bad weeks, but if I can't fit into my jeans or they don't feel the same, I know that I need to get back in line.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any yet, but I am hoping to change that.

The last two weeks feel like a complete setback at this point.  I really wanted to be able to continue my fitness goal, but there feels like there are so many obstacles that are getting in my way.  Obstacles that I am unknowingly putting there myself.
