I need to tighten up...ALL over. I would like to maintain a consistent weight of 107 lbs. I can live with that. I don't feel I need to be 100 lbs anymore, I'm getting to old and I just TRULY want to be healthy.
I've been clean eating for two weeks and have exercised everyday since 07/08/2009. Not only do I feel bigger, I weighed in today and I'm up 3 lbs. from where I started. I'm almost said forget this...but that little voice in side me said your an idiot if you let this defeat you. So, I thought...
Hey Lady! I too hate repetition - for food/meals. I have my 1st cookbook completed. 85% competition friendly stuff (e.g. meals 1, 3 and 5). Try to think of ways to combine the "good" stuff. And remember lean protein is LEAN protein. I eat 93% or leaner. Bon Appetit! *smile*
Hi abalkom,
Read your blogs.. You're a determined woman and I must say your were fine and fit back in the day. I knowyou are going to regain that apple bottom, it's not a matter of if, but when you are ready to commit.... We're here to support you..We're all in the fitness game together.. Have a Super workout day-SuperMitch
I group at least 3-4 ab exercise and do them til I can't do them any more than take 1min break and repeat 3-4x and it really doesn't matter what position you are in as long as you are getting enough contraction all the way through. it's more effective when you group them together instead of counting a set and resting, than starting over again. Oh and lots of greens girl
Glad to hear back from u and that ur still workn on ur fitness goals. Stop by a little more often and check in on ur neighbors here. Other than ur training is concerned, hows life treating u?
How's the weekend going? Getting in any good workouts today or tomorrow? Well, I'm off to work now, but hope to crank out pushups each hour just mitigate not doing anything today.
Cheers!
Yeah, sometimes it takes a while for results to show visually, but if that scale continues to move, things will began to appear. I don't see much for my results v.s. my efforts this week, but I've had a really good week working out and eating right. So I'm confident the changes will began to show soon. I just want to be consistant all summer long.
Welcome to BodySpace. Looks like you're not too far from your goals. And oh yeah, I agree with you that being in your thirties doesn't mean we have to look bad. Keep up the good work and keep me posted.
