How I Started:
My father passed away from cancer. He taught me that a strong mind was congruent with a strong body. I started lifting in his memory, and have never looked back. Sometimes one's darkest moments can provide the greatest motivation.

Hey man, congrats on everything you're an inspiration at 19.
Just wondering how you timed your workouts/cardio in your contest diet -- assuming you worked out directly after meal one (only carb source) -- but what about cardio, when would you fit that into your routine and how would you treat pre and post cardio nutrition? fasted cardio and then meal 1?
Much thanks,
AN
