Adock85 Thanks for the compliments bro..!! My last day is April 2nd..!! And we're all competitors there is no telling what the judges are looking for this year. You've made great progress urself that u should be more than proud of..!! You have more than enough time to drop another 2-3% body fat do 20-30 minutes of HIIT before and after the rest of your workouts and I'll bet u drop that easily. Forget the regular cardio HIIT produce the most fat loss in the shortest amount of time. Mar 23, 2012 1:26pm

Its all good tho things are starting to fall into place and i know if i stay on my diet and cardio in 20 days i can look pretty good so thats the goal..!!
