I decided that I did NOT like weighing more than my fiance and I wanted to look better and feel better about myself.
Why I Love It:
I feel good when I am done.
I like working towards a goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
A big motivator for me is my fiance. He works so hard to be look awesome for me I want to do the same for him.
I stay motivated to push myself in my workouts by listening to music.

I want to lost fat. Mostly around my Abs, Buns, and Thighs.
I would also like to gain muscle.
Overall, I just want to get into a routine where working out is part of my life and to keep my body healthy.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I don't really believe in diets.
You need to learn to eat healthy. You cannot be on a diet for your entire life.
I try to eat healthy but still allow myself to have the things I like in moderation.

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
I think creating my own workout schedule on my own to follow has really helped to movtivate me. I plan on using tis schedule for 3 days, one day off then another 3 and so forth.
